According to the updated National Sex Education Standards, by the end of the 2nd grade, students will be expected to define “gender, gender identity, and gender-role stereotypes.” Students will also be expected to “discuss the range of ways people express their gender and how gender-role stereotypes may limit behavior.”
The author and activist with “a decade’s worth of expertise at being a ‘professional pervert,’” said a new teacher was impressed with how much the 3- to 5-year-olds in her class had imbibed radical gender ideology.
The headline jumped out at me like a sore thumb:

Knowing that in an era of “revenue-by-click,” headlines can sometimes sensationalize reality in order to get attention amid a billion other flashy online user options, I did a little more investigating into the claim.
In April, Nicole Solas sent a lengthy email to the principal of Wakefield Elementary, Rhode Island, where her child attends school, to demand records about the controversial teaching practice.
By June 2, Solas filed more than 200 broad-scope requests for records, many of which have not yet been fulfilled by the school district.
This week, the National Education Association Rhode Island filed a lawsuit claiming that Solas’ requests – all emails from certain teachers – would reveal teachers’ private details and were an ‘unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.’
A Virginia elementary school reportedly posted a video on its website, as part of a summer-learning guidance program, that suggested being near police makes people feel unsafe.
In the past few months state legislatures across the country have passed resolutions that ban schools from teaching the Marxist and bigoted program dubbed Critical Race Theory (CRT).
Not surprisingly, the leftists who dominate our school systems have fought back. The very leftist Zinn Education Project immediately created a petition calling for teachers to defy such laws and to continue to teach CRT, which teaches children to hate whites and to give minorities privileged status.
Following a wave of parent outrage at finding their children’s public schools pushing racism under the guise of antiracism this past school year, states have begun to ban the ideology. Parents are engaging with local school boards all across the country, demanding they stop teaching racial division and start educating children. The outrage is not just among Republicans, but also Independent and even Democrat voters, making Democrats nervous enough that the Biden administration recently pretended to backtrack.
Fonte left the school in June, the third high-profile staffer to depart the progressive school due to parental outrage.
But educators defended the teacher’s methods to the New York Times, saying that she did not teach anything inappropriate and that her methods were in line with both National Sex Education Standards and the World Health Organization’s International Technical Guidance on Sexuality Education, standards used in public schools in New York City.
Chicago Public Schools (CPS) will be opening the doors of their buildings for the first time since the start of the pandemic. To get school supplies ready and accessible for students, they have started a new program that will stock schools with masks, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, air purifiers, forehead thermometers, menstrual products, AND – last but not least – condoms.
With the passage of the supposedly “anti-conversion therapy” Bill C-6 through the House of Commons there has been an evident lack of knowledge on the bill present in the Canadian public. Most people will just hear that it bans “conversion therapy” and assume the best of intentions, without knowing the troubling negative free speech and parental rights implications posed by C-6.
The political left wants critical race theory in every school district in the nation. The nation’s largest teachers union has approved a plan to promote critical race theory in all 50 states and 14,000 local school districts.
Over the weekend, the National Education Association (NEA) held its annual Representative Assembly, with delegates from across the United States voting on priorities and allocating funding for the upcoming school year, with the ideology of critical race theory — a form of race-based Marxism — taking center stage.
More than 5,000 educators have signed a petition vowing to break anti-critical race theory laws being considered in multiple state legislatures — as the controversial curriculum faces a reckoning in districts across the country.
The NEA has already adopted new provisions that support critical race theory, a controversial school of thought that emphasizes racism in American history and maintains that it is systemic in U.S. law and institutions.
The national primary-school English teachers’ association has launched a climate propaganda blitz on the 5- to 14-years-olds placed in their care. The teachers’ just-released manual spruiks intermittent wind and solar and demands an end to coal-fired electricity and fossil fuels. As notes to the manual say,
Chapter 9 is a call for action. Without students taking personal action to mitigate climate change, there is no point to this book.”(P4)
It’s an error-ridden 174-page blueprint that quarantines kids from any acknowledgement that costly wind and solar farms must be backed up by 24-7 baseload power.
